I thought it would be fun and maybe informative to document the journey of opening this barbecue truck/trailer/restaurant/whatever-it-turns-out-to-be. Instagram might be a better medium (and I’ll post there when so moved), but I’m not the best at it – something about moving through my day-to-day life with an overarching feeling that I “should” be documenting something diminishes my experience of each present moment.
Who knows — maybe IG will begin to come more naturally if I get into a rhythm.
More natural for me is to write a blog post every so often, especially doable during this spin-up phase, before business gets cranking.
